The €555 monthly rate covers absolutely everything—utilities, cleaning, security—with no deposit to worry about and a three-month break clause if your plans change. Our boardrooms seat 6-8 people comfortably and come equipped with an HD projector and whiteboard for presentations. We know parking can be a nightmare in Dublin, so we've made sure there's unlimited free spaces for you and anyone visiting. The outdoor terrace has become a favorite spot for informal meetings or lunch breaks, and yes, it has super-fast broadband too because we know you can't really switch off. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome—we've found they often improve the atmosphere during long working days. The secure bike racks get plenty of use from those cycling in from nearby UCD grounds or Donnybrook village.
