About Southwark Cathedral
Gothic arches, soaring ceilings, and yes, that's the Shard right there through the windows. Southwark Cathedral isn't your average events venue, but then again, you're probably not planning an average event. Eight indoor spaces, two outdoor areas, and more atmosphere than we know what to do with. We've hosted everything from board meetings to wedding receptions, civil ceremonies to corporate galas with full dance floors and live bands. Our events team handles the logistics (AV equipment, bar service, even marquee setup when needed) while you handle your guests. London Bridge and Monument stations are both a short walk away. The building does most of the impressing for us—we just make sure everything runs like clockwork when you're here. If you're after something beyond another hotel conference room, let's talk. Your event deserves a setting with a thousand years of stories in its stones.
