Victorian windows frame the Edinburgh skyline from our Dean Suite, where up to 26 guests gather around polished tables beneath soaring ceilings. We've hosted everything from board meetings to birthday celebrations in this ground-floor space at The Bonham Hotel, with its flexible layout adapting to whatever our clients envision. The adjoining Library serves as a natural breakout space where coffee breaks flow into animated discussions or evening drinks spill over from the main event. Our building's 19th-century bones show beautifully throughout—original wooden panelling lines the walls of our intimate Snug, where eight people can meet beneath an intricately decorated ceiling that once watched over Victorian readers. It's become a favorite spot for private dinners where conversation matters as much as the meal. For larger gatherings, we open up No.35, our restaurant that seats 70 when you take the whole space. The rear section, overlooking Dean Village, creates its own atmosphere for groups of 50—we've seen wedding parties toast against that backdrop and corporate teams celebrate successful launches there. Each of our 49 guest rooms tells its own story through individual design choices, some catching morning light over Drumsheugh Gardens, others facing toward the Firth of Forth. Our kitchen works with Scottish suppliers to create menus that change with the seasons, though our "Boozy Snoozy" lunch remains a constant—three courses paired with half a bottle of wine that's become something of a local institution. From our spot in Edinburgh's West End, Princes Street sits just a short walk away.
