About The Exchequer Wine Bar
Our ten-meter service counter runs the full length of The Exchequer Wine Bar, where you can watch our sommeliers pull corks from bottles selected from our collection of over 100 wines. We keep around 35 wines available by the glass, so your party guests can sample different varieties throughout the evening without committing to full bottles. The ground floor buzzes with energy as our mixologists shake up classic cocktails with unexpected twists, while our chefs plate up dishes specifically created to pair with what you're drinking. We've got Irish craft beers on tap too, for those who prefer hops to grapes. Our heated outdoor terrace transforms Ranelagh evenings into something special - your guests can spill outside with their drinks, turning the courtyard into an extension of your celebration. Upstairs, our first-floor bar offers a more intimate setting with its own private dining area. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to corporate gatherings up here, with groups taking over the entire space for their events. The dinner menu ranges from sharing plates and tapas perfect for mingling, to hearty roasts when you need something more substantial for a sit-down affair. Our head chef and his team design menus that work with our wine list rather than against it.
