When you book exclusive use of Pylewell Park, the entire estate becomes your private celebration space for two nights. Our 17th-century house sits above the Solent, where sailing boats drift past as your guests arrive, and the Isle of Wight forms a dramatic backdrop for photographs on the lawn. The Pavilion serves as the main celebration space, with those famous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with light during afternoon receptions. We can arrange rustic wooden tables for 150 seated guests, or clear the space for 200 mingling with cocktails. The built-in bar keeps service smooth, while the dedicated dance floor has seen everything from ceilidhs to DJ sets lasting well into the night. When the sun sets, our modern chandeliers cast a warm glow across the elegantly draped ceiling, creating an intimate atmosphere despite the room's generous proportions. Step through to the terrace where rattan furniture circles the firepits, perfect for guests who want to chat under the stars. Many couples use this space for welcome drinks while the Pavilion is being reset from ceremony to dinner. Speaking of ceremonies, our outdoor sail structure accommodates 150 guests and catches the sea breeze beautifully on summer days. We have three indoor rooms ready if rain threatens, each with its own character. The house sleeps 26 across 13 bedrooms, from four-poster rooms to those with sea views. Your wedding party can take over completely, turning breakfast into planning sessions and late nights into impromptu parties in the drawing rooms. Our events team coordinates with trusted caterers who know every corner of the property, serving anything from seven-course dinners to beach barbecues. They handle halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free requirements expertly. Free parking and accessible facilities throughout mean all your guests can celebrate comfortably across our 56 acres.
