Our Roof Terrace brings something unexpected to Aldgate's skyline, a proper outdoor drinking spot three floors up where you can actually hear yourself think. You'll find us through the main pub and up the stairs, emerging onto a space we've kitted out with long tables topped in soft pastels and purple benches that somehow work brilliantly against the London rooftops. We've strung fairy lights across the terrace that catch the evening light beautifully, while our teal-painted bar stands ready in the corner, fully stocked with everything from local craft beers to decent wines. The whole space fits 70 people standing comfortably, or we can arrange seating for 50 if you prefer a more structured setup with our cabaret-style arrangement. Summer parties really come alive up here, though we've installed proper outdoor heaters that keep things comfortable well into autumn. The open-air design means you get natural light flooding in during afternoon gatherings, transforming into something rather special as dusk falls over the City. Our kitchen downstairs sends up British pub classics and those pizzas with the interesting toppings everyone seems to love, all delivered straight to your group. For corporate events, we've got reliable Wi-Fi that actually works and a flatscreen that's handy for presentations or catching the match if that's your thing. The dedicated bar means your guests won't be queuing downstairs with the regular punters, everything stays contained to your private space. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're minutes from both Aldgate and Tower Hill stations, with the Tower of London practically on our doorstep. Just worth noting the stairs are fairly steep getting up here, and weather does play its part in rooftop events, but that's all part of the charm of drinking under the London sky.
