Our Grade II* listed manor house, crafted by Thomas Henry Wyatt in the 19th century, provides couples with exclusive use of the entire estate for their special day. Grundy Hall forms the centrepiece of wedding celebrations here, its original architectural features creating an atmosphere that photographer's dreams are made of. We accommodate up to 250 guests for drinks receptions in this historic space, while seated dining works beautifully for 130. The hall's grand windows flood the room with natural light during daytime celebrations, transforming to a romantic glow come evening. Our venue offers multiple spaces that flow naturally through your wedding day. Morning preparations unfold in the manor house's character-filled rooms, ceremonies take place in our atmospheric 250-seat theatre or outdoors amongst mature trees, and evening parties spread across our adaptable sports hall. The Victorian stone façade, draped in established ivy, provides endless backdrop options for photography, while our famous grand staircase creates those show-stopping entrance moments. Beyond the main building, couples discover our eco-build Music School with its intimate recital room, perfect for smaller ceremonies or quiet moments during drinks receptions. The practice rooms serve as ideal preparation spaces. Summer weddings spill onto our lawns, with the outdoor pool area becoming a natural gathering point for guests.
