We transform these historic grounds into your personal wedding venue from Friday through Monday. The centrepiece is our elegant marquee positioned on the manicured lawns, where wooden tables and chairs create an intimate dining space beneath draped ceilings. Natural light floods through the clear sides during daytime celebrations, while soft ambient lighting takes over as evening falls. We can arrange seating for 120 guests at banquet tables or accommodate 150 for standing receptions across the wooden flooring. Your ceremony options include our licensed summerhouse or gardens, with the estate's signature tree offering another romantic spot for exchanging vows. Many couples also choose nearby historic churches before returning here for their reception. The marquee opens onto our expansive grounds, where guests naturally spill out between courses to explore the gardens or simply take in views of the Peak District hills. Our on-site accommodation means your closest friends and family stay right here with you. The cottages feature full kitchens and comfortable living spaces, while the shepherd huts provide cosy retreats with modern amenities, housing up to 24 guests total.
