The original aircraft factory doors still welcome your guests when they arrive at Studio, our main creative space that captures the industrial soul of the DeHavilland Building. This 1930s Art Deco treasure on Theydon Road has been carefully transformed while preserving the character that makes parties here unforgettable. Our Studio spans an impressive area with those original soaring ceilings and vast windows that bathe your celebration in natural light throughout the day. When the sun sets, we can completely black out the space, letting you control the mood from bright and airy to intimate and atmospheric. The exposed brick walls and authentic factory features create a backdrop that turns any gathering into something extraordinary. At the heart of the room sits our striking 6x5m infinity cove, a feature that opens up creative possibilities for themed celebrations, from retro parties to avant-garde gatherings. We've equipped the space with everything needed for hosting up to 15 guests for receptions or 12 for seated banquet-style events. Our fully functioning kitchen, complete with six-hob gas stove and oven, means you can bring in your favourite caterers or prepare food on-site. Beyond the basics, we provide polyboards with stands for displays, 16-amp cabling throughout for any electrical needs, clothing rails with hangers, and a ProPress steamer. Our dedicated hair and makeup station lets guests prepare for themed parties or touch up during the event. The bathroom facilities include both shower and bath options for added convenience. Through our partnership with 123 Lighting, any lighting setup you envision becomes reality, while props and canvas backdrops are available to match your theme. We keep barista coffee and tea flowing throughout your event. Just five minutes from Clapton Station with gated parking available, getting here couldn't be simpler for your guests.
