The original aircraft factory doors still greet you when you arrive at YoYo Studios, housed within the DeHavilland Building—a 1930s Art Deco gem on Theydon Road in London E5. We've transformed this industrial heritage space into something special for creative parties and events, keeping those soaring ceilings and massive windows that flood the 1,500 sq ft venue with natural light. Our main event space spans 1,100 sq ft and features a striking 6x5m infinity cove that creates endless possibilities for themed parties and creative gatherings. When evening falls, we can black out the entire space for that perfect party atmosphere. The industrial bones of the building—exposed brick, original features from its aircraft factory days—give your event an authentic backdrop you won't find in typical party venues. We've equipped the space with everything you need for hosting up to 25 guests. Our fully functioning kitchen comes complete with a six-hob gas stove and oven, perfect for catering your event or bringing in your preferred food vendors. The bathroom includes both shower and bath facilities, while our dedicated hair and makeup station means your guests can freshen up or prepare for themed celebrations. For party setups, we provide polyboards with stands, 16-amp cabling throughout, clothing rails and hangers, plus a ProPress steamer. Through our partnership with 123 Lighting, we can arrange any lighting setup you envision, from intimate ambiance to full party production. Props, set pieces, and canvas backdrops are available on request to match your theme. We keep the barista coffee flowing and tea stations stocked throughout your event. Gated parking can be arranged for your guests, and we're just a five-minute walk from Clapton Station, making arrival simple for everyone.
