This semi-private outdoor space sits at the highest point of our four-tier garden, catching both the afternoon sun and evening breeze that rolls in from Preston Park next door. We've arranged the terrace with rustic wooden tables that work equally well for birthday cake presentations or sharing platters of our hearty British pub food. During summer afternoons, the natural light filters through, while evenings bring out the glow from lights strung beneath our large umbrellas. The flowers on each table come from local suppliers, adding splashes of colour without overdoing it. Your guests can order drinks directly to their tables, or we can set up pre-arranged drink packages if you prefer everything sorted beforehand. Our in-house catering team knows exactly what works up here, from finger foods that don't blow away in the breeze to proper sit-down meals that make the most of our kitchen's capabilities. The terrace connects to our main pub through the upper level, though reaching it does involve steps, which is worth noting for any guests with mobility concerns.
