At Oasis Farm Waterloo, our timber barn transforms from a working farm building by day into an extraordinary party venue come evening. The Barn & Farm space welcomes up to 200 guests for standing receptions or 150 for seated celebrations, offering exclusive hire during evenings, weekends and select weekdays. The barn itself tells a story through its architecture, designed by RIBA award-winning Fielden Fowles. Exposed wooden beams stretch overhead while corrugated metal walls create an industrial-meets-pastoral atmosphere that photographs beautifully. During daylight events, translucent roof panels flood the space with natural light, while evenings take on a more intimate glow. We've installed a full PA system that handles everything from wedding speeches to live band performances, and the acoustics work brilliantly for both. What makes our space truly special is its flexibility. We've hosted wedding receptions where couples arranged long banquet tables beneath the beams, milestone birthdays with cabaret-style seating and dancing areas, corporate celebrations that spilled out onto the farm, and even pop-up theatre productions that used every corner creatively. Some clients bring in hay bales for relaxed seating, others opt for more formal arrangements, the choice is entirely yours. We operate on a dry hire basis, though we can arrange a basic bar service if needed. Your booking includes a duty manager who knows every quirk of the space and stays throughout your event. While we don't cater directly, we'll connect you with trusted local suppliers who understand how to work within our unique setting. The surrounding farm and gardens become part of your celebration, offering guests a chance to wander among the growing beds and meet our resident animals. Just moments from Waterloo and Lambeth North stations, with the Southbank practically on our doorstep, this countryside escape sits right in Zone 1. Your celebration here also supports our therapeutic and educational programs, adding purpose to your party.
