About Oasis Farm Waterloo
Behind the busy streets of Waterloo, we've created something rather special at Oasis Farm Waterloo - a working urban farm where city meets countryside. Our timber barn, designed by RIBA award-winning architects Fielden Fowles, sits at the heart of what was once wasteland, now transformed into a thriving green space just moments from the Southbank. When you book with us for your party or event, you get exclusive use of our barn during evenings and weekends, plus select weekdays. We operate on a dry hire basis, though we can arrange a basic bar if you'd like one. Every booking comes with a duty manager who knows the space inside out - they'll be there throughout to help everything run smoothly. The barn itself is wonderfully flexible. We've installed a full PA system, and you can arrange seating however suits your celebration - from cabaret-style tables to hay bales for a more relaxed feel. It's this adaptability that makes our space work equally well for wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, concert performances, pop-up theatre shows, or company celebrations. We've even hosted open-air cinema screenings and been used as a filming location. While we don't provide catering directly, we work with trusted local suppliers and can help connect you with caterers, entertainment, and any equipment hire you might need. The combination of our rustic barn architecture and the surrounding farm creates an atmosphere you simply won't find elsewhere in central London - it's amazing how quickly the city noise fades when you step through our gates. Supporting the farm through venue hire also helps fund our therapeutic and educational programs for the local community, so your celebration contributes to something meaningful beyond the night itself.
