The Jephson Room sits tucked away at the rear of our building, where four professionals can gather around the round table without the usual office distractions. We've positioned this space deliberately in our quietest corner, making it particularly effective for confidential discussions or coaching sessions that require complete focus. The room works in two distinct configurations. For traditional meetings, we arrange modern chairs around the central table, with our flip chart positioned for easy brainstorming and the large TV screen ready for your presentations. When therapists book the space, we can quickly reconfigure it using the therapy bed, wheeled stool, and the comfortable sofa arrangement in the corner. This flexibility means the room adapts to your needs rather than forcing you to adapt to it. Natural light streams through the window overlooking our gardens, though we've installed both privacy screens and blackout blinds for when discretion or screen visibility takes priority. The green accent walls aren't just decorative, they create a calm backdrop that our regular bookers tell us helps maintain energy during longer sessions. We've kept the neutral base tones throughout, punctuated by those green cushions that add just enough colour without overwhelming the space. Our venue sits just five minutes' walk from Leamington Spa train station, with multiple parking options nearby for those driving. The room includes all our standard provisions: reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video calls without dropping, complimentary hot drinks throughout your booking, and access from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. We can arrange extended hours when your project requires evening or Saturday access. Whether you're conducting performance reviews, running therapy sessions, or need a quiet space for strategic planning, the Jephson Room provides the professional environment and practical amenities to support your work.
