Through the windows of our meeting rooms, you can watch the seasons change across Pump Room Gardens while your team tackles the day's agenda. We're Meet By The Park, and we've created 13 different meeting spaces right in the heart of Leamington Spa, each designed for groups ranging from intimate two-person discussions to full team sessions of 24 people. Our building houses more than just meeting rooms. We maintain six serviced offices, each configured with two to five desks for businesses needing a professional base, plus 25 hot desks spread throughout our co-working areas. Whether you're conducting confidential client calls in our telephone booths or brainstorming on our whiteboards, we've equipped every space with what professionals actually use – large TV screens for presentations, flip charts for capturing ideas, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that won't drop during your video conference. We keep things simple with our amenities. Hot drinks and water are available throughout the day at no extra charge, because we know caffeine fuels productivity. Our doors open at 8:45 am and we're here until 6:00 pm weekdays, though we can arrange extended hours or Saturday access when your project demands it. Getting here couldn't be easier – we're a five-minute walk from Leamington Spa train station, with several parking options nearby for those driving in. Our spaces work equally well for quarterly board meetings, training workshops, coaching sessions, or simply as your regular office away from the office. Each room offers natural light and garden views that help keep minds fresh during long working sessions.
