We've carefully preserved every historical detail while ensuring the room functions perfectly for modern meetings. The space adapts effortlessly to your requirements, whether you're arranging 50 delegates around our boardroom table, setting up classroom style for 60, or filling all 150 theatre seats for a major presentation. For banquets, we can accommodate 144 guests amongst the grandeur, or configure the room in U-shape for 50 participants when you need everyone engaged in discussion. The Garter Suite connects directly to the Waterford Room, where many of our clients serve refreshments or host buffet lunches between sessions. When you need additional space for networking, we often open up the Vanburgh Bar as well, creating a natural flow between formal presentations and informal conversations.
