The Milverton Training and Conference Room welcomes up to 40 delegates through its doors each day, serving as our largest meeting space with views straight out to Pump Room Gardens. We've arranged the furniture to adapt to your needs – the U-shaped table configuration seats 18 comfortably for workshops where everyone needs to see each other, while our team can quickly reconfigure it for 24 in classroom style or pack in 40 chairs theatre-style for presentations. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during those longer training sessions. We've mounted a large TV screen on the wall for your presentations, with remote connection capabilities so you can share content from any device. The whiteboard and flipchart stand ready for brainstorming sessions, and our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when discussions heat up. Between sessions, your team can spread out into the breakout seating area we've created in one corner – perfect for those smaller group exercises or quick coffee conversations. Speaking of coffee, you'll find our refreshment zone stocked with hot drinks and water throughout your booking, all included in your room hire. We can also arrange breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea catering when you need to keep everyone fed and focused. Our venue sits just five minutes' walk from Leamington Spa train station, making it simple for attendees travelling from Birmingham, London or Coventry.
