Our second-floor location puts you right in the middle of Midtown Manhattan's energy, between 5th Avenue and Broadway. We've recently renovated everything here at Office Space in Manhattan. Each private office comes fully furnished with modern desks and chairs, though we're happy to work with you if you'd prefer to bring in your own furniture or need the space unfurnished. The large windows in our street-view offices flood the workspace with natural light, especially in our 5-desk suite. Our kitchen stays stocked with the essentials - microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and fridge - so your team can grab lunch or that afternoon coffee without leaving the building. The conference room is yours free for two hours each week, perfect for client meetings or team check-ins. After that, we charge a small additional fee. We've also set up a dedicated printer room where you get a set number of free pages each month. The common areas give everyone space to step away from their desks, have informal conversations, or just think through problems in a different setting. We handle all the practical stuff too - mail and package receiving, security cameras throughout the building, regular cleaning services, and a proper ventilation system that keeps the air fresh. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're walking distance from Penn Station, Herald Square, and Grand Central Terminal. Sixteen subway lines stop nearby - the A, C, E, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 - plus the PATH and Port Authority Bus Terminal. We require one month's deposit, a $50 key fee, $50 monthly cleaning fee, and a credit score check to get started.
