About The Olde Bell
Almost 900 years we've been here in Hurley, and The Olde Bell just keeps getting better. Don't let the age fool you though - we might have medieval bones, but we run a tight ship with all the modern touches you'd expect. Five buildings, each with its own personality, connected by gardens that'll make your photographer weep with joy. The main inn still has those original beams everyone goes crazy for, plus proper fireplaces that we actually use. But we've also sorted the important stuff - reliable Wi-Fi, climate control that works, and AV kit for presentations or speeches. Pet coming to the wedding? No problem. Want to stay over after? We've got rooms. Need accessible access throughout? All sorted. Our licenses cover everything from saying "I do" to dancing until dawn. Some couples go full traditional English wedding breakfast, others bring in street food trucks - we're happy either way. The riverside location means stunning photo ops, and being this close to London (but feeling a world away) is pretty special. Business groups love us too - something about discussing quarterly targets in a room older than most countries really puts things in perspective. Whatever you're planning, we've probably hosted it before and learned a thing or two. Come have a look around - once you've had a pint by our fireplace and wandered through the gardens, you'll get what makes this place different. History you can actually touch, but with Wi-Fi that won't let you down.
