With its soaring ceilings and grand chandelier, we can seat 100 of your guests for a private dinner or arrange theatre-style seating for 150 when you need a presentation space. The room's proportions give any event a sense of occasion that modern venues simply can't match. For smaller gatherings, we offer several options. Our wine room overlooks Canterbury Cathedral itself, making it perfect for wine tastings, private lunches, or afternoon tea. The Chef's Table seats up to 12 people and gives your group a window into our kitchen - watching our team at work becomes part of the dining experience. We also have meeting rooms that work well for groups of 4 delegates up to larger training sessions, all equipped with the presentation technology you need.
