The Main Exhibition Space comes alive when we fire up our 360° Big Picture Show, transforming every surface into a canvas for your event. Picture your guests dining beneath a Harrier Jump Jet while custom projections dance across our angular walls, or imagine 700 people mingling as digital art wraps around the entire room. This is where Manchester's most memorable celebrations happen. We've hosted everything from intimate wedding receptions for 320 to buzzing product launches for 700 standing guests. The soaring ceilings give your party room to breathe, while our LED lighting system lets you paint the space in any colour palette you choose. Last month we bathed the room in warm golds for a 50th anniversary celebration, then switched to electric blues for a tech company's launch party the following week. Our production team works closely with you to create custom projections that tell your story. We've projected everything from family photo montages at birthday parties to branded content at corporate celebrations. The floor projections add another layer of magic, whether that's snowflakes for a winter wedding or your company logo subtly woven into the design. The museum's dramatic architecture becomes part of your event's character. Those fractured surfaces and angular walls that Daniel Libeskind designed create intimate pockets within the larger space, perfect for conversation areas at cocktail parties or quiet moments during wedding receptions. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're right in Salford Quays with parking for all your guests included, and the tram stop is just minutes away. Our catering team handles everything from canapés and cocktails to full banquet service, working with you to create menus that match your celebration perfectly.
