The brick arches curve overhead in Lucy's Room, creating an intimate underground atmosphere that transforms whatever you bring into it. This 144-square-metre space sits deep within The Vaults' network of tunnels, where exposed brickwork and industrial piping frame your event with authentic character. We've watched this room become everything from an atmospheric cocktail lounge to a pulsing dance floor, accommodating up to 60 guests who appreciate something different from their party venue. The low, vaulted ceiling creates natural acoustics that work brilliantly for live music or DJs, while the raw brick walls provide a dramatic backdrop that photographs beautifully under coloured lighting. Our theatre-style seating option works particularly well here when you want to screen something special or host performances as part of your celebration. Many clients love how the space feels both secretive and spacious, tucked away from the main tunnels yet large enough for proper dancing when the chairs are cleared. The industrial elements, visible pipes running along the ceiling, exposed brick in various shades of red and brown, become features rather than flaws in this setting.
