The railway arches beneath Waterloo Station have been our home at The Vaults since we transformed these forgotten tunnels into London's most unusual party venue. We've kept the raw character of the space - exposed brick walls, curved ceilings, and that underground atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in the city. Our venue spans nearly 30,000 square feet through a network of interconnected spaces. The old 1970s offices we discovered down here now serve as breakout rooms and bars, while the main tunnels create dramatic settings for whatever you're planning. We've got our 176-seat theatre that works brilliantly for private screenings or presentations, plus multiple event spaces that we configure differently depending on what our guests need. What makes parties here special is the flexibility we offer. Our license runs until midnight, though we can arrange extensions when you need them. You're welcome to bring in your own caterers - we just charge corkage on alcohol. The industrial feel of the arches means you can really transform the space with lighting and decoration, and we've seen everything from underground raves to elegant cocktail receptions work perfectly here. The tunnels create natural zones for different party atmospheres - a main dance floor in one arch, quieter conversation areas in another, bars tucked into alcoves. We're right above Waterloo and Lambeth North stations, so your guests can easily find us despite the underground location. Whether you're planning a birthday bash, product launch, fashion show, or something completely different, these arches give you a blank canvas with serious character. The combination of theatrical heritage and raw industrial space means we can accommodate almost any vision you have for your event.
