The entire ground floor opens up before you, ready to become whatever your event demands. We regularly see 200 guests mingling at standing receptions here, or 125 seated comfortably for formal dinners. Theatre-style presentations work brilliantly with 100 chairs, while cabaret setups for 80 create more intimate networking zones within the vast space. Corporate teams particularly love how the room adapts, whether they're launching products, hosting Christmas celebrations, or running immersive experiences that use every corner of the warehouse. Our technical infrastructure matches the scale of the space.
