Sunlight streams through tall windows overlooking Central Station, filling our first-floor Dining Room with the energy of Newcastle's busiest transport hub. Rich wooden floors gleam beneath elegant chandeliers, while black-and-white photographs of old Newcastle line the walls, each telling a story of our city's past. We've carefully preserved the original architectural details, from the ornate ceiling moldings to the vintage artwork that gives the space its distinctive character. The room adapts beautifully to different occasions. For formal dinners, we arrange sturdy wooden tables and chairs to seat up to 50 guests comfortably, creating an intimate atmosphere perfect for business gatherings or special celebrations. When you're planning something more social, we can reconfigure the space to welcome up to 100 guests for drinks receptions, allowing people to mingle freely while enjoying views of the station below. Having your own private bar means your guests never have to leave the room for refreshments, and with dedicated restroom facilities just for your party, everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our kitchen team brings up all your food fresh from downstairs, whether you've chosen our famous hand-crafted pies, classic British mains, or a selection of bar snacks for a more casual affair.
