Push through the wardrobe door and discover the Back Lounge, where up to 50 of your guests can disappear into a world that feels borrowed from a storybook. This hidden room has become legendary among those who've found it, partly because you literally step through an antique wardrobe to get here, and partly because of what happens once you're inside. We've filled the space with plush velvet sofas in deep jewel tones, vintage armchairs that invite long conversations, and cushions scattered across window seats where guests tend to gather as the night unfolds. The wooden floors have hosted countless dance floors when the mood strikes, while our collection of chandeliers and pendant lights cast the kind of warm glow that makes everyone look their best at 2am. The room comes alive with our dedicated sound system, ready for your DJ or playlist. We've seen birthday parties transform into impromptu dance-offs, engagement celebrations where the whole room erupted when the couple emerged through the wardrobe, and corporate gatherings where the unusual entrance broke down every barrier within minutes. High tables dot the edges for those who prefer to perch with their cocktails, while the sofas create natural gathering spots for groups who want to settle in. Our events team can arrange everything from drinks pre-orders to our special events menu, available exclusively for private bookings. The Back Lounge holds 50 standing or 30 seated, though most parties end up somewhere in between as guests move between the bar, the dance floor, and those irresistible corner sofas. Right in the heart of Shoreditch with excellent transport links nearby, we've created a space where the hardest part isn't finding us, it's leaving through that wardrobe at the end of the night.
