The Belfour Room opens directly onto views of our championship golf course, where morning mist often rolls across the fairways and afternoon sun catches the trees that line each hole. We've been hosting celebrations in this space since our early days, and the combination of natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows and the peaceful greens beyond creates an atmosphere that guests consistently tell us they remember long after their event. Round tables dressed in white linens fill the room when we're hosting formal dinners for up to 80 guests, though we regularly reconfigure the space for standing receptions where 150 people move freely between the bar and the dance floor. Our team adds coloured chair sashes to match your chosen theme, and we've seen everything from corporate burgundy to wedding pastels transform the room's character completely. The bar sits within the room itself, which means your guests never miss a moment while refreshing their drinks. Our bartenders know the rhythm of different events, from keeping champagne flowing during speeches to ensuring everyone has their favourite tipple as dancing begins. Paper lanterns often hang from the ceiling for evening celebrations, casting warm light across the parquet floor where many first dances and company celebrations have taken place. Double doors connect the Belfour Room to our main clubhouse, allowing natural flow between spaces.
