We've been doing this since 1999, so when we say the whole venue works brilliantly for 40 guests, we mean it. Your crowd gets the run of our ground floor bar, where David Adjaye and Will Russell's design makes everyone feel at home, warm wood and booth seating creating natural spots for groups to form and reform throughout the night. The bar stretches along one wall, our bartenders mixing cocktails that taste like their ingredients should, pouring beers you won't find at every corner pub. Those strings of lights overhead and the bunting aren't just decoration, they're the difference between a room and an atmosphere. Then there's the basement, our legendary music space where The Chemical Brothers, Adele, and Bon Iver all played before they were household names. Your party gets that same high-spec sound system, whether you're bringing in a DJ, a band, or just running a playlist. The acoustics down here make everything sound better, from electronic beats to acoustic sets to someone giving a speech at midnight that actually gets heard. Walking distance from Oxford Circus means your guests can actually get here and get home, whatever time your party winds down. We've hosted everything in these rooms, product launches where people stayed until closing, birthday parties that became legendary, corporate events where suits actually danced, book launches that turned into proper celebrations. Our team has seen it all over the years, from Aphex Twin DJ sets to poetry readings, so whatever you're planning, we know how to make it work.
