At the Barbican Conference Centre, our flagship space brings together 1,943 people under one remarkable roof. Barbican Hall transforms from concert venue to conference powerhouse, adapting its grand scale to match your ambitions. The tiered seating rises in elegant curves, giving every single attendee clear views of the expansive fixed stage below. Walking into the hall, you'll notice how warm wood tones soften the concrete architecture we're famous for. Those distinctive Brutalist lines create drama while the timber surfaces bring warmth, making even the largest corporate gatherings feel welcoming. Our technical team has equipped the space with three PA system clusters that deliver crystal-clear sound to every corner, while six cabled microphones stand ready for panel discussions or keynote speeches. The private foyer spaces outside work brilliantly for registration, exhibitions or drinks receptions. We regularly see companies use these areas for product displays during AGMs, or celebration drinks after successful launches. Behind the scenes, 21 backstage rooms give your speakers and organisers the privacy they need to prepare. Our variable risers on stage mean we can configure the platform for anything from single speakers to full panel setups. The fast-fold projection screen drops down smoothly for presentations, while our standard production lighting ensures everyone on stage is properly lit. Three flexible booths at the back of the hall handle everything from simultaneous interpretation to webcasting, making international conferences particularly straightforward. Just a short walk from both Barbican and Moorgate stations, your guests won't struggle to find us. Our dedicated technicians and front-of-house team stay with you throughout your event, managing everything from cloakroom services to technical requirements.
