Our chefs work directly in front of your guests, transforming seasonal British ingredients through different applications of fire while sharing the stories behind each dish. The intimate setting means everyone experiences the sizzle of the grill, the aromatic smoke from whisky barrels and fruit woods, and the careful plating that brings each course together.
