The white limestone tower of St Paul's Church stands proud above Portland Square, and when you book the Whole Venue , you're taking over every inch of this Georgian masterpiece. We've welcomed up to 350 standing guests through our doors, or seated 150 comfortably for dinners beneath our ornate plaster ceilings, where stone columns frame the space like a grand ballroom frozen in 1790. The maplewood semi-sprung dance floor in our main church space has seen everything from first dances to full-scale performances, with aerial and trapeze equipment suspended from the historic beams above. Natural light pours through decorative stained glass during daytime events, while our modern sound and lighting systems transform the atmosphere come evening. We've hosted circus-themed birthday parties where performers descended from the ceiling, corporate presentations using our AV facilities and projector, and wedding receptions that spilled from the main space into our additional halls. Our layout adapts to your needs, whether you're arranging 148 guests theatre-style for a conference, setting up cabaret tables for 150, or creating a U-shaped configuration for workshops. The full bar setup keeps drinks flowing, while our two kitchens support external caterers preparing anything from canapés to three-course meals. Wi-Fi and conference call facilities mean business events run smoothly, and our flatscreen TV adds another presentation option. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with free parking behind the building saving your guests from circling Portland Square. We're just off the M32, and Bristol Temple Meads station is within walking distance. Wheelchair accessibility throughout ensures everyone can enjoy the space, while our storage areas keep coats and equipment tucked away.
