Working with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, our Frobisher Room provides the flexibility modern meetings demand. The space accommodates 50 delegates theatre-style, or we can arrange it for 16 around a boardroom table, 24 in classroom rows, or 20 in a U-shape configuration, depending on what works best for your session. The room features soundproofed sliding partitions that we can open to connect with adjacent spaces when you need more capacity. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable throughout the day, and blackout options give you complete control over lighting conditions for presentations. Your content displays on our built-in projection screen via the LCD projector, while ClickShare wireless technology lets multiple presenters share their screens without switching cables. Contemporary furnishings in calming tones create an environment where teams can focus on the work at hand. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout the space, supporting video calls and cloud-based collaboration. The central hub area just outside provides a natural gathering point during breaks, with cloakroom facilities and a reception desk where our team can assist with any requirements that arise during your meeting.
