Our Blenheim room sits on the first floor as part of the larger Quadrangle Suite, offering you a flexible space that adapts to your meeting needs. The warm, earthy tones and patterned carpet create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, while our carefully positioned lighting fixtures ensure your presentations look their best on the large projection screen we've installed. You'll find this room works beautifully for different group sizes and formats. When you're hosting a seminar or company presentation, we can arrange seating for up to 100 delegates in theatre style. For more interactive workshops where discussion flows between tables, our cabaret setup accommodates 48 participants comfortably. Need a focused boardroom discussion? We'll configure the space for 28 executives around the table, or create a U-shape arrangement for 30 when you want everyone facing the presenter whilst maintaining eye contact with colleagues. The artificial lighting throughout keeps the room bright and energising, particularly useful during those full-day strategy sessions or training workshops. We've designed the space to maintain concentration levels, with subtle wall-mounted fixtures providing consistent illumination across every corner. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our venue positioned just outside Oxford city centre and over 2,000 free parking spaces available, your attendees won't waste time searching for parking.
