Our Hallam Room combines practical design with thoughtful details that work well for different meeting formats. The space accommodates 24 people in boardroom style, 25 in theatre layout, or 15 in a U-shaped configuration, giving you flexibility to arrange the room exactly as your meeting requires. The purple chairs bring a splash of colour to the neutral surroundings, creating an atmosphere that feels professional yet approachable. Natural light fills the room through large windows, and when you need to adjust the ambiance for presentations, our dim light system lets you control the brightness to suit your needs. We've equipped the room with a 42" Full HD screen positioned for clear visibility from every seat. High-speed Wi-Fi comes standard, and all the projection equipment you need is included in your booking. The space works particularly well for training sessions, board meetings, and team workshops where participants need to stay engaged and connected. Fresh air circulation keeps the room comfortable throughout your session, and our Meeting Coordinating Team ensures everything runs smoothly from setup to finish. When it's time for refreshments, we prepare all catering fresh on-site. For a change of pace during longer sessions, we can serve lunch in our separate dining room, where original Victorian features provide an interesting backdrop for informal discussions. Only slight challenge was, being a basement room, air circulation was a bit of a struggle - so it got hot quite quickly. and the TV was a bit small give the capacity of the room.

Great location Food and tea/coffee were a bit lacking and dull windows were frosted over and did not open which let the room feeling a bit stuffy but great experience over all
