At ACH Meeting Rooms, we're part of the Astor Court Hotel on 20 Hallam Street in Fitzrovia, just minutes from Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park tube stations. Our meeting spaces combine the character of Victorian architecture with everything you need for productive sessions. We've designed our rooms to work for different group sizes and meeting styles. The Duke Boardroom fits up to 16 people around the table and comes with a 42" Full HD screen for presentations. Each room has air conditioning and natural daylight, plus we include high-speed Wi-Fi and projection equipment with your booking - no extra charges or last-minute surprises. Our Meeting Coordinating Team handles the details so you can focus on your agenda. We prepare all catering fresh on-site, and if you'd prefer, we can serve lunch in our separate dining room where the original Victorian features create a nice change of scene between sessions. Whether you need the space for an hour, half day, full day, or even evenings and weekends, we work around your schedule. The rooms themselves are straightforward and functional - clean, comfortable spaces that let you get on with business. While some guests mention our basement rooms can feel warm when full, the air conditioning helps manage this. Our location means your attendees have plenty of transport options, and there's good access to coffee shops and restaurants nearby if anyone needs to grab something before or after. We regularly host training sessions, board meetings, presentations and team workshops. Our approach is simple: provide well-maintained rooms with the tech you need, helpful staff who know how to support meetings, and flexibility in how you use the space.

Only slight challenge was, being a basement room, air circulation was a bit of a struggle - so it got hot quite quickly. and the TV was a bit small give the capacity of the room.

Great location Food and tea/coffee were a bit lacking and dull windows were frosted over and did not open which let the room feeling a bit stuffy but great experience over all
