The Booth Room sits on our top floor, where morning light pours through generous windows overlooking Westminster's rooftops. We've arranged this space to work brilliantly for groups who need flexibility, with comfortable seating for 25 around our boardroom tables or 35 in theatre rows when you need more capacity. The deep blue chairs and U-shaped table configuration create a focused environment for productive discussions. We keep the walls simply decorated with artwork that adds character without competing for attention. Your presentations will run smoothly with our projector screen and flipchart already in place, plus pens ready when inspiration strikes. The complimentary Wi-Fi reaches every corner, keeping everyone connected throughout your session. Our venue operates on convenient session times: mornings from 9:00 to 12:30, afternoons from 13:30 to 17:00, and evenings from 18:00 to 21:00. Should you need access outside these hours, we can arrange early starts before 9am or late finishes after 9pm for £80 per half hour to cover our direct costs. You'll find us in a Victorian building on Great Smith Street, an easy 10-minute walk from both St James's Park and Westminster stations. Victoria Station is just 15 minutes away on foot. The Wash House Café downstairs serves refreshments from 8am to 3pm, with hot lunches available between noon and 2:15pm. Many groups order coffee and sandwiches directly to the Booth Room, keeping conversations flowing during breaks. We regularly welcome corporate teams for strategy sessions, training workshops, and board meetings. Recent guests have praised our team for accommodating last-minute bookings and helping events run smoothly. During warmer months, the top floor location can get quite warm, so we always provide plenty of water and work with you to ensure everyone stays comfortable throughout your booking.
