We've positioned comfortable modern seating to encourage natural conversation flow, while the soft neutral palette keeps everyone focused on the task at hand. The large window floods the room with natural light throughout the day, though we've installed dark curtains for when you need complete privacy or to control glare during presentations. Our wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly with your devices, making it simple to share documents, presentations or video calls without any technical fuss. We find this room works particularly well for confidential client meetings, interview panels, or intensive strategy sessions where a smaller group needs to concentrate without distractions. The intimate scale means everyone stays engaged, while the elegant cabinet provides practical storage for meeting materials or refreshments. Our venue sits just around the corner from Victoria Station, making it remarkably convenient for participants coming from different parts of London. Head down Bridge Place past the passport office, turn left onto Eccleston Square, and you'll find us on the corner with Gillingham Street. The journey from the station takes barely five minutes on foot. Beyond the meeting room itself, you'll have access to our ground floor café for pre-meeting coffees or working lunches. Many of our regular bookers appreciate the rooftop garden as a refreshing break space between sessions, offering impressive skyline views. Our reception team, particularly Aaron who receives consistent praise, ensures everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure. The room's boardroom configuration seats four people comfortably, with the round table encouraging collaborative discussion. Please note that catering requires at least two days' advance notice, allowing us to arrange quality refreshments that match your meeting's requirements.

Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
