Every morning, our reception team at Fora - Thomas House watches professionals stride through the grand entrance at 84 Eccleston Square, coffee in hand, ready to tackle another productive day. We've transformed this seven-storey Regency building into something special - keeping those gorgeous high ceilings and classic proportions while creating workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. The ground floor opens up completely, flooded with natural light that our members tell us makes all the difference to their working day. We've got 13 meeting rooms that you can book by the hour or day, whether you're part of our community or bringing your team in for workshops and presentations. Our private offices range from compact 4-desk spaces right up to 70-desk floors for larger teams, plus hot-desking options if you prefer flexibility. What really sets us apart is how we've thought about your whole day. There's a proper gym downstairs with a boxing ring (yes, really), plus dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation when you need to decompress. Our rooftop garden offers incredible skyline views - perfect for informal meetings or just catching your breath between calls. The ground floor café serves decent coffee and light bites throughout the day, and we've added a bar for after-work drinks. We're just around the corner from Victoria Station - head down Bridge Place past the passport office, turn left onto Eccleston Square, and you'll spot us on the corner with Gillingham Street. With 24/7 access, bike storage, showers, and a pet-friendly policy, we've tried to remove every barrier to productive work. Our reception team, especially Aaron, pride themselves on making everything run smoothly. Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
