Meeting Room 12 sits on one of our upper floors, where the soft pink walls catch the afternoon light beautifully. We designed this space for those focused board meetings where eight people need to get down to business without distractions. The centrepiece is our solid wooden table, surrounded by comfortable black chairs that encourage people to settle in for productive discussions. Above, pendant lights create just the right ambiance, whether you're reviewing quarterly figures or brainstorming new strategies. The wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices, making presentations straightforward and keeping everyone engaged. What our regular users particularly appreciate is how the natural light transforms throughout the day. The large window overlooks the leafy square below, providing a calming backdrop without the usual city noise. We've positioned the conference phone centrally on the table for those essential dial-ins, though many teams now prefer to bring their own video conferencing setups. The room works brilliantly for board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and confidential discussions where privacy matters. Just two days' notice allows us to arrange catering, from working lunches to afternoon tea, delivered directly to your room. You'll find us moments from Victoria Station, making it simple for participants travelling from different offices or coming in from out of town. Our reception team ensures everything runs smoothly, from helping with AV connections to managing any last-minute room adjustments. The ground-floor café provides pre-meeting coffees, while our rooftop garden offers the perfect spot for post-meeting conversations when the weather cooperates. Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
