Suite 1 offers 495 square feet of flexible meeting space on our first floor, where natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your session. The neutral-toned room comfortably hosts up to 40 delegates in theatre configuration, while boardroom and classroom layouts work perfectly for groups of 20. Our venue sits on Fleming Way, just eight minutes' walk from Swindon train station, making it convenient for attendees arriving by rail. Those driving find us equally accessible, with parking available for your delegates. The modular furniture allows us to quickly transform the space between different setups, whether you prefer U-shape seating for 24 participants or cabaret rounds for interactive workshops. We've equipped Suite 1 with everything you need for productive meetings. The LCD screen connects easily to your devices for presentations, while the flipchart stands ready for brainstorming sessions. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside, and you'll find paper and pens already set out on arrival. The abundance of natural daylight helps maintain energy levels throughout longer sessions, particularly appreciated during full-day training events. During breaks, your delegates can step into our conference lobby where we keep fresh coffee, tea, sweets and fruit available throughout the day.
