Just eight minutes on foot from Swindon train station, our hotel sits on Fleming Way, making it easy for your delegates to find us whether they're coming by train or car. We've got seven meeting rooms spread across our first floor, and they work for everything from six-person board meetings to full-scale conferences. Our largest space fits 120 people theatre-style, while Suite 3 creates the perfect environment for those smaller boardroom discussions with just six participants. What really sets our rooms apart is the natural light - Suites 1, 2 and 3 feature floor-to-ceiling windows, and Suite 4 gets light from two sides thanks to its double aspect windows. Your delegates won't need to leave the building for anything during their day with us. We keep the conference lobby stocked with unlimited tea, coffee, sweets and fresh fruit throughout your event. Each room comes with everything you need for a productive session - complimentary Wi-Fi, LCD projectors, and air-conditioning you can adjust to keep everyone comfortable. The modular furniture means we can reconfigure any space to match your meeting style, whether that's classroom rows, U-shape, or cabaret rounds. For multi-day events or delegates traveling from further afield, we have 229 rooms right here in the hotel. After a day of meetings, everyone can unwind in our bar or grab dinner in the restaurant without venturing back out into town. Our events team handles conferences, training sessions, seminars and presentations regularly, so we know how to keep things running smoothly from your first coffee to the final wrap-up.
