Our Victorian house on Thrale Road offers two distinct meeting spaces that feel refreshingly different from your typical corporate environment. The Living Room Place spreads across two floors, each with its own character and purpose, accommodating groups from intimate gatherings of 20 in boardroom style to larger events with 60 people standing. Step into the ground floor and you'll find yourself in what genuinely feels like someone's front room. Comfortable sofas cluster around coffee tables, while artwork decorates the walls and natural light pours through the 5-metre window overlooking Thrale Road. This space works brilliantly for relaxed discussions and creative sessions, with teams often commenting how the residential atmosphere helps them think more freely. The light wood flooring and neutral palette mean you can easily adapt the space to match your meeting's tone. Downstairs, we've created a deliberately minimal 35-square-meter room that groups configure to suit their specific needs. Whether you're arranging chairs classroom-style for 30 participants or theatre-style for 40, the flexibility lets you create exactly the right setup. The separate floors prove particularly useful when you need breakout areas or want to run parallel sessions. Between meetings, our fully-equipped kitchen sees plenty of action. Teams prepare proper lunches using the oven and hob, while the dishwasher handles the cleanup.
