The Balmoral Ballroom makes quite an impression when you first walk in. Those original high ceilings soar above, while period chandeliers cast a warm glow across the space, immediately setting a professional yet welcoming tone for your meeting or conference. Natural light pours through our grand floor-to-ceiling windows, keeping the atmosphere bright and energised throughout the day. The ground-floor location means easy access for all attendees, with no lifts or stairs to navigate when bringing in equipment or materials. We've preserved the Victorian architectural details that give this room its character, from the ornate cornicing to the rich drapery framing those impressive windows. For presentations, we've installed a large cinema-style projector screen with ceiling-mounted projectors that deliver crisp, clear visuals from any angle in the room. Our integral PA system comes with a mixer panel, so whether you're addressing 20 or 130 delegates, everyone hears every word. The flexible layout adapts to your needs: we can arrange seating for 130 in banquet style or theatre configuration, while reception-style events can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably. The classic décor provides an elegant backdrop without being distracting, allowing your content and message to take centre stage. Corporate conferences work particularly well here, as do training sessions where you need both presentation capabilities and space for breakout discussions. The room's generous proportions mean delegates won't feel cramped during full-day events.
