We've positioned this room to catch the morning light through its large windows, giving you views across Leeds' rooftops while you work through your agenda. The circular table changes the dynamic of meetings here, we've noticed. Without a traditional 'head of the table', discussions flow more naturally between participants. The wooden sideboard holds everything you need within arm's reach, from water glasses to notepads, and there's plenty of space for laptops and documents on the generous table surface. Fresh plants soften the professional atmosphere, something our regular bookers tell us helps creative thinking. For presentations, the LCD screen connects easily to your devices, and the high-speed Wi-Fi handles video calls without dropping connection. If you need a conference phone for remote participants, just let us know when booking and we'll have one ready. The room's acoustics work particularly well for calls, with minimal echo despite the contemporary finishes. What makes this space work so well is its proximity to the station, literally next door, combined with the quiet once you're inside.
