We transformed this 1930s Art Deco building on Aire Street into a workspace that respects its heritage while meeting today's professional needs. Step through our doors from Leeds Station - we're literally connected to the concourse - and you'll find original architectural details alongside the technology and comfort modern businesses require. Our private offices and meeting rooms at Fora - Leeds (Aire Street) accommodate everything from focused solo work to collaborative sessions. The building offers various configurations: glass-walled meeting rooms for 4-12 people, private offices that teams can make their own, and flexible co-working areas where professionals from different industries naturally connect. We've kept the original terrazzo floors and restored the period windows, creating spaces filled with natural light. The green roof terrace has become our members' favorite spot for informal meetings or coffee breaks - you can see across the entire city from up there. Downstairs, our lounge areas feature the original wood paneling, now paired with contemporary furniture where people actually want to work. We've installed private phone booths throughout the building for confidential calls, and our kitchen facilities mean you can prepare proper refreshments for your meetings. Our team is here Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, handling everything from technical support to helping arrange catering for larger meetings. We run the entire building on renewable electricity and have incorporated salvaged materials from the original structure wherever possible. Recent feedback highlights how quiet our meeting rooms are despite the central location, and visitors particularly appreciate being able to walk straight from the train platform to their meeting. Whether you need a boardroom for presentations, a creative space for workshops, or a professional setting for client meetings, we've designed each room to adapt to different working styles while maintaining the building's distinctive character.
