Meeting Room 4 sits on the fourth floor of our venue, where morning light streams through the large windows overlooking Eccleston Square's tree-lined streets. We've designed this compact space for those crucial conversations that need privacy and focus, whether you're finalising a contract, conducting interviews, or brainstorming with your core team. The round table creates an egalitarian setup where four people can engage naturally, without the hierarchical feel of traditional boardroom layouts. We chose contemporary chairs that support you through longer sessions, paired with a polished table surface that works equally well for spreading out documents or setting up laptops. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while the neutral tones and thoughtful lighting help maintain concentration throughout your meeting. A sideboard runs along one wall, giving you space to arrange materials or refreshments. We've added a plant to bring life to the room without creating distractions. The combination of overhead lighting and wall sconces means you can adjust the atmosphere depending on whether you're reviewing detailed contracts or having creative discussions. Our venue sits just minutes from Victoria Station, making it convenient for clients coming from across London. The ground floor café can provide refreshments with two days' notice, though many groups prefer the privacy of having everything set up in the room beforehand. With hourly booking available, you can secure the space for exactly as long as needed, whether that's a quick client check-in or a half-day strategy session. The reception team handles room setup and any technical requirements, letting you focus entirely on your meeting objectives. Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
