The Ardingly Room welcomes up to 400 delegates across 462 square meters of adaptable space, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Sussex countryside beyond. Natural light floods the room throughout the day, while the neutral walls and modern blue carpeting create a professional backdrop that works equally well for product launches, training days, or corporate conferences. We've configured this space in countless ways over the years. Theatre-style seating for 400 works brilliantly for presentations and keynote speakers, while banquet layouts accommodate 350 for formal dinners. The cabaret arrangement seats 150 comfortably when you need delegates working in smaller groups, and we can host 400 for standing receptions. When your agenda calls for breakout sessions, we can divide the room to create separate areas, giving teams privacy while keeping everyone under one roof. The integrated bar serves refreshments during breaks, and the paved terrace directly off the main room gives delegates space to network outdoors between sessions. Our technical setup includes WiFi throughout and a PA system that ensures clear audio from every seat. The projector handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences, and we're happy to arrange additional AV equipment through our regular suppliers. Getting here takes just 36 miles from London or 20 miles from Brighton, with the M23 and M25 providing direct motorway access.
