Rolling hills stretch for miles around the South of England Event Centre, where 150 acres of Sussex countryside provide the backdrop for everything from board meetings to music festivals. We've hosted gatherings of 10 people in our intimate meeting rooms and welcomed crowds of 50,000 across our grounds – the Norfolk Pavilion and Queen's Jubilee Hall anchor our 6,000 square meters of indoor facilities, while 50 acres of gated outdoor space open up possibilities for larger celebrations and exhibitions. Finding us couldn't be simpler. We're 36 miles south of London and 20 miles north of Brighton, right off the M23 and M25 motorways. Gatwick Airport sits just 20 minutes away, and Haywards Heath station offers direct trains to London, Brighton and Gatwick in 15 minutes. Once you arrive, you'll find parking for over 6,000 vehicles – all free of charge. Our seven meeting rooms accommodate groups up to 400 delegates, with additional halls available for product demonstrations or hands-on training sessions. The grounds themselves become whatever you need them to be: corporate team-building courses one weekend, sprawling trade fairs the next. We keep things connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the venue, and our catering team sources ingredients from local Sussex suppliers to create menus that match your event. Whether you're planning a conference, organizing a festival, or hosting a private party, our events team works directly with you to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations. The combination of indoor and outdoor options means we adapt to your needs rather than the other way around – from focused strategy sessions in our smaller rooms to full-scale exhibitions across the pavilions and grounds.
