We've arranged this space for those smaller meetings where conversation flows naturally, with a comfortable sofa and stylish chairs gathered around a central coffee table that's seen countless productive discussions. That vibrant blue and yellow patterned rug beneath your feet? It's become something of a talking point, adding unexpected character to the soft, neutral walls. We find professionals particularly appreciate how the room feels both relaxed and purposeful, whether you're conducting one-on-one consultations or gathering a small team of up to six people. Our venue sits on Frederick Road in Edgbaston, and getting here is straightforward. The tram stop connecting to the city centre and New Street station is just a 5-minute walk away. If you're coming from Broad Street, allow 15 minutes on foot, or 20 minutes from Five Ways Station. Those driving can use our designated parking spaces, which we'll reserve when you book. The first-floor location means you'll take either the stairs or our lift (accessible through the rear entrance) to reach Saplings. We can arrange the furniture to suit your needs, and if you need a flipchart for presentations or brainstorming sessions, just let us know when booking. Throughout your session, we'll keep the refreshments flowing with quality tea and coffee. Should you need lunch arrangements, our buffet options have been well-received by previous groups. The room works beautifully for consultations, team meetings, or training sessions where you want participants to feel comfortable enough to engage openly while maintaining that essential professional atmosphere.
