At Oaktree Meeting Rooms on Frederick Road in Edgbaston, we've created eight distinctive spaces that professionals actually enjoy working in. Our first-floor venue offers something different from the typical corporate meeting room – each space has its own character while maintaining the professional atmosphere you need for productive sessions. We're particularly proud of how versatile our rooms are. Consulting Room 1 gives you plenty of space with its large desk and separate seating area complete with armchairs and sofa. If you're a healthcare professional, you'll appreciate that it's fully equipped for physical examinations. Consulting Room 2 offers a brighter, more relaxed setting with comfortable sofas and armchairs – we can add an examination couch if you need one, though this room isn't set up for physical examinations. Please note we're not licensed for invasive physical procedures. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're just a 5-minute walk from the tram stop that connects directly to the city centre and New Street station. If you're coming from Broad Street, it's a 15-minute walk, or 20 minutes from Five Ways Station. For those driving, we have designated parking spaces – just let us know when you book. Our building has full disability access through the rear entrance, with a lift taking you straight up to our first floor. Whether you need boardroom style for formal presentations, classroom setup for training sessions, or lounge seating for more informal meetings, we'll arrange the space to suit your needs. We handle all the details that matter – high-quality refreshments throughout your session and buffet lunches when required. Our rates are competitive for central Birmingham, with last-minute booking discounts available. Perfect for meetings, workshops, or clinical consultations where you need a professional yet welcoming environment.
